From the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic, our team has worked hard to keep our customers safe and healthy. All of our items are sanitized between rentals with sanitizers that meet public health standards. It is our goal to give you peace of mind that your rental items are clean and ready for your use!
Planning events during the pandemic has proved extremely challenging. We want you to know that we are here every step of the way! We have adopted a policy of being extremely flexible with date changes, quantity changes, location changes and more. Our goal to make the rental process a little less stressful for you!
If you reserve rentals with us and need to postpone to a later date, we can do that! We’ll just apply your deposit to the new date. If your items are not available for the new date, we’ll explore options together for providing you with an acceptable alternative.
If you still plan to hold your event for the same date with a reduced guest list, we can simply help you adjust your order accordingly!
