Tent Rentals in South Central Pennsylvania

We pride ourselves on providing high quality, white wedding tent rentals and party tent rentals to brides in the greater Harrisburg area! We also work with other local tent rental companies to be able to provide even more selection and variety. From the early stages of beginning to plan a tented event, to the fine details of precise installation and removal, we believe you’ll be thrilled with our products and service!

Choosing a Tent Size

There are so many factors to consider when choosing the correct size tent. The first thing to consider is how much space you have available. Pole tents require an additional several feet on each side of the tent for proper installation, so you’ll need to account for additional space when measuring. Our staff is happy to conduct a site visit prior to reservation to ensure that installation will go smoothly!

After the location has been measured, the next question to ask is what needs to fit beneath the tent? Do you envision your tent holding a dance floor? Will you need food buffet tables, or room for a bar? What about tables for cake and desserts, gifts, or a DJ? There’s certainly a lot to consider! We’re happy to discuss your layout with you and help you choose a tent size that will allow ample spacing for guest comfort, while also taking the flow of the event into consideration.

How Does the Tent Get Installed?

With the exception of our DIY tents, most of our tents are installed by our staff. Installation typically happens the Wednesday or Thursday before a weekend event. We can be flexible if your venue requires a different timeline. Your rental isn’t “per day”, so you wont pay extra for the convenience of having days to set up and decorate. Some factors, including weather, will determine which day your tent is installed. We’re happy to consider your timeline, but we do suggest flexibility on the installation day since summer storms and fall wind can make for unsafe installation conditions for our crew.

By the week of your event we will be able to provide a set up window so you’ll know when to expect us. Our crew needs a few hours at the site to set the tent up, and provide any additional services like lighting that you may have requested. Because the tents are extremely heavy, our team will need to park as close to the installation site as possible. If you know that our truck wont be able to unload in the grass directly next to the installation site, we ask that you give us notice as early as possible so that arrangements can be made to accommodate you.

Tents are generally taken down the Monday or Tuesday following a weekend event. Weather can also play a role in removal dates.

A Word About Weather

Tents do a fantastic job at providing your guests with protection from the elements, but they are temporary structures. As such, there are limitations to when they are safe to occupy. This is true of all pole tents, regardless of the rental company who provides them. We recommend following manufacturer guidelines for tent use, including paying attention to wind and storm advisories. We’re happy to discuss limitations with you.
