White Cart Rental Information

Helpful Information: This cart is very large, please note dimensions below when reserving: Dimensions- L : 7’2.5″  W : 3’4″  H : 7’4.5″

Delivery Information: This cart is very large, please note dimensions above when reserving. The dimensions of the doors into the delivery area must be at least this large to accommodate the cart, If the venue has double doors, check that there is not a divider in between the doors. The cart is large and cumbersome and does not turn easily, so a straight shot from the delivery truck to the staging area is recommended. If our team arrives on site and these parameters are not noted or discussed ahead of time, the cart will need to be placed in an accessible area which may not have been your first choice, but we cannot offer a refund if the site preparation is not adequate to deliver to your preferred area. This cart cannot be taken up stairs (even one step). The cart should be protected from inclement weather, please plan to have a covered place to store the cart if using it outside, or coordinate adding a tarp onto your rental in case you need it. Please don’t use nails or screws to attach decorations to the cart.

After your Event: Clear any food and decorations off of the cart prior to your delivery time. We recommend you leave the cart where it was set, please don’t move it with the roof in place. If you’ll NEED to move it after your event please consult with our office for a video on how to do this safely.

Damages billed at $75/hour up to the replacement value of the cart, $4000.
