Delivery Information: A to Z will set these chairs up at no additional cost. Please provide a layout showing how the chairs should be set (number per table, or chairs per row for audience seating) before your event by emailing this to our office. You may also be on-site to direct our team instead of a seating chart. If you don’t provide a seating chart and nobody is on-site to direct our team, the chairs will be left stacked, not placed, for you to set up. At the end of your event, simply leave these chairs in a safe location, still set. We will stack for pick up upon our return. Metal chairs are easily damaged in wet conditions, please plan to protect chairs if you are using them outside. Chairs should not be left outside overnight uncovered if wet conditions are expected (under a tent, pavilion or porch is considered cover).

After your event: You can leave these chairs in a protected location, and A to Z will collect and stack them on our return.
