Lounge Furniture Rental Information

Helpful Information: Upholstered furniture cannot be left outdoors uncovered overnight or in wet conditions. Water damage, candle wax, excessively muddy rugs, and stains that cannot be easily removed will result in excess cleaning or damage fees billed to the card on file. If cover isn’t available, please coordinate with our team to supply tarps and covers.
Delivery Information: Our crew will set items in place if a layout has been given in advanced or based on direction given by someone on site. If a layout is not provided in advance and no one is available on-site to guide our crew, the lounge pieces will be left in a covered, convenient spot for the customers to arrange as they wish. After your event, items under cover can be left in place for our team to pick up. If items are being used outdoors, uncovered and won’t be picked up the same night, please move them to a covered area or coordinate a plan with our team in advance.
Store Pick Up Information: Items MUST be transported in an enclosed vehicle (cargo van, enclosed trailer, small pieces in an SUV) to protect the items from damage during transportation. If you arrive in a pick up truck or with another open vehicle, our staff reserves the right to refuse release of the items until adequate transportation is provided. Items damaged during transportation will result in charges to the card on file
