Linen Rental Information

Helpful Information: We work with a network of linen rental suppliers to offer a large variety of linen styles, we do not carry an of our own linens in house. For this reason, we aren’t able to add additional linens last minute, so we ask that you ensure your linen order is accurate by your final balance due date. After this date the linens will be delivered to us, and we cannot reduce linens from the order. On some occasions, additional linens may be added but order fees may apply.

Many stains can be easily removed from linens after use, but wax and mildew often cannot, resulting in damage fees. Please protect your linens from candle wax to avoid damage fees. To avoid mildew, return linens to bags as dry as possible, and store in a cool, dry place until returned.

Delivery and store pick up information: Your linens will arrive pressed, then neatly folded and bagged to protect them during transportation. Some fold lines may be present on the linens when they arrive. Be sure to store linen return bags in a safe place for after your event so they don’t get lost.

After your event: Return linens to the provided return bags, making sure all bags are returned. You do not need to launder your linens in any way after your event. If linens are wet, allow them to dry as much as possible. If your linens must be returned wet please let us know so we can dry them out while waiting for supplier pick up at our warehouse. Linens MUST be returned by the date and time listed on your invoice to avoid re-rental fees, which our supplier charges to us and we pass along to you for past due linens. Re-rental fees can be 50-75% of the original rental fee, so please be mindful of this date.
