Details for Delivery: Chairs will be delivered in stacks of 25 on plastic pallets for the customer to set up unless set up service is added and noted on your invoice. Set up services, if chosen, are only available in venues, commercial spaces and outdoor settings. Indoor set up on floors above the ground floor will require additional labor fees, please coordinate with our office in advance. Outdoor locations should be accessible by vehicle. **Note, mahogany style chairs are real wood, and should be protected from the elements. If you do not have a dry place to store chairs in the rain or overnight, please contact our office to coordinate a tarp with your rental. Wooden chairs should not be left outside uncovered overnight or in inclement weather.

Pick Up After the Event: After your event, please break down the chairs and stack them with the head rest down and the seat facing up for pick up unless tear down service is noted on your invoice. Items not torn down by the allocated pick up time will be suject to a $1.00 per chair tear down fee charged to the card on file at the time of pick up.
