Helpful Information: Our flameless candles come charged and ready for your event. Many can be operated by remote control, and have toggles for a static flame or a flicker effect. Please discuss this with our office if you are hoping to achieve a certain look to ensure the candles you have will have that feature.

Delivery/store pick up: Do NOT store wax flameless candles in a hot vehicle, or outside in the heat. Store in a cool place indoors to avoid candles melting or bending. A to Z does not set candles unless contracted and noted on your invoice for this service. Make sure to delegate someone to turn your candles on before you need them!

After your event: turn all candles off and return them to the provided packaging.

Replacement value varies by candle. Please count to ensure you have them all packed back up for return!
