Helpful Information: Cross back chairs can be rented with or without the cushion. If you want a cushion, please ensure your invoice notes that.

Dimensions: 35.5×15″, can be stacked with covers on and cushions removed.

Delivery Details: A to Z will set these chairs up and place the cushions (if applicable) at no additional cost. Please provide a layout showing how the chairs should be set (number per table, or chairs per row for audience seating) before your event by emailing this to our office. You may also be on site to direct our team in place of a seating chart. If you don’t provide a seating chart and nobody is on site to direct our team, the chairs will be left stacked with cushions not placed for you to set up. If chairs are left in stacks it is customer’s responsibility to keep the chair covers in a safe place until the crew returns for pick up. Any missing covers will result in a replacement fee. Wooden chairs are easily damaged in wet conditions, please plan to protect chairs if you are using them outside in the event of precipitation. Chairs should not be left outside overnight uncovered (under a tent, pavilion, or porch is considered cover).

After your event: At the end of your event, simply leave these chairs in a safe location, still set. We will handle the rest! If your chair’s cannot be left in place, please remove cushions before stacking, stacking on top of the cushions creates holes and damages.

Store Pick Up Customers: Small quantities of these chairs can be picked up in-store. They MUST be transported in enclosed vehicles, no pickup truck beds or open trailers. Chairs must have cushions removed and provided covers placed to transport them, if not damages will be billed to the card on file.

Replacement Value: $85 per chair, $18 per cover, $12 per cushion
