Helpful Information: Chafing dishes use sternos to keep food warm. Sternos are not included but are available for purchase separately when booked in advance. These come in full 8qt size, half 4qt size, and soup marmites.

Delivery information: Please keep boxes for return. A to Z does not set up or light chafers. You should place water in the base pan and then food pans above that to prevent burning.

After your event: Please rinse food pans, dump water and remove sternos from regulators.
